1. What is MyPrepSpot?

MyPrepSpot is India’s first marketplace for paid study rooms, bringing together libraries, private study spaces, and focus tools — all in one platform.

2. How much does it cost to book a seat?

Seat prices are set by the library or study room owner and usually range from ₹800–₹1,500 per month, depending on seat type and facilities.

3. Do I have to pay extra for lockers?

Yes, some libraries charge a refundable locker deposit (usually around ₹200). This will be clearly mentioned before booking.

4. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel before the start date as per the library’s cancellation policy. Any applicable refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. What if I face issues after booking?

You can contact our support team or the library directly via the “Contact” option in your booking confirmation.

6. How do libraries benefit from MyPrepSpot?

We help libraries fill seats faster, automate booking and check-in, and offer visibility to a wider student base without reducing existing revenue.

7. Are there any rewards for studying?

Yes! Use our Focus Timer and Pomodoro features to earn reward points, which can be redeemed for stationery, discounts, or surprise perks. (coming soon)
